Frederic, WI- PRN In Home Caregiver Needed

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to join our team at Village Caregiving - Eau Claire. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical position located in Frederic, Wisconsin. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized and quality care to our clients in their own homes. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and be a part of a supportive and dedicated team.
Compensation & Benefits:
In this role, you will be compensated at a rate between $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our caregivers are also paid semimonthly and may be eligible for additional benefits such as health insurance once you work for a year full time. 
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their own homes, including but not limited to, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting), meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Follow care plans and document any changes in client health or behavior.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
- Report any concerns or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Attend ongoing training and staff meetings as required.
- Continuously strive to improve and provide the highest quality of care to clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in caregiving, CNA, or other healthcare-related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic caregiving skills and techniques.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Physically able to perform the job duties, including lifting and transferring clients.
