- Get to know each brand; cultivate relationships with specific assigned corporate contacts representing partner brands. Focus on franchisee operations/growing the business. Identify opportunities within the franchisee network (“warm leads”) for sales team.
- Know and be able to execute processes such as quoting and Own the Number. Learn how to train new franchisor partners/marketing contacts on the Franchisor Portal.
- Act as first point of contact for franchisee coaches/ops support/managers, etc. that oversee franchisee network issues. Manage and oversee all franchisee network opportunities and concerns. Work in tandem with Customer Success, Support, and Sales Leadership to resolve all issues.
- Set up communications plans that outline quarterly opportunities with each brand--work with Marketing to meet deadlines in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to drive the seamless onboarding of customers and the growth of existing and new partnerships. Work collaboratively to develop and implement innovative strategies that foster customer loyalty and business expansion.
- Maintain and update brand plans for Clarity sales & support teams (sales spreadsheet/best practices/sales pricing sheets).
- Support/execute promotions and ongoing communications with franchisor brands.
- Oversee franchisee educational efforts; external training, webinars, conference calls, etc. Present features and benefits of Clarity’s unified communication systems at events, webinars, etc.
- Build a steady stream of referrals and testimonials and identify opportunities within the franchisee network that support sales/marketing efforts.
- Attend conventions to maintain and build the brand relationship and franchisee network growth. Team player at franchised brand conventions including working with our marketing events team, backing up AEs and setting up/dismantling booth as necessary.
- Hold quarterly reviews of accounts with Sales Leadership and ensure that your efforts are driving revenue retention and growth.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- You possess exceptional sales and marketing skills, with a talent for building effective B2B relationships and closing deals that drive growth and profitability.
- You bring 7-10 years of proven success in B2B sales and marketing, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the franchise industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
- You are a skilled communicator with a proven ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience using project management, time management, or CRM systems, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to drive results.
- You are willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time, to build relationships and drive results for our franchise partners.
- Proven proficiency in unified communication systems and associated technologies.
- Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification or willingness to work towards it.
- Expertise in utilizing Salesforce as a customer relationship management tool.
- Possession of a bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Franchise Account Manager position is fully remote with company-sponsored visits to our Michigan headquarters.
- Travel is required to meet with clients and any sponsored event (6-8 times per year along with two company events at our Southfield MI office)
- Every team member has the option to work in our Southfield, Michigan office when they believe it beneficial to do so.
