Job Summary: The Framing Customer Service Technician is a skilled laborer that can communicate with homeowner’s, builder rep’s and other trades to solve the homeowner issues.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet scheduled appointments with a good attitude and presentable appearance.
- Evaluate the conditions in order the present a plan to resolve the issue.
- Be able to communicate with the homeowner the plan in a simple manner.
- Work with other trades to complete any necessary work.
- Complete the work in a timely manner.
- Clean up the home after the work is done.
- Be able to investigate the source of the homeowner issues if they are not framing related.
- Communicate with manager any customer concerns/problems.
- When not attending homeowner appointments, work in the production homes or at the corporate office is expected.
Must Have:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification.
- Experience in the framing/carpentry – 1 year preferred.
- Tools required for the trade.
- Spanish Speaking (Preferred but not required).
