Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone and in person
- electricial background or understanding
- repair commercial automatic pedestrian doors
- repair and install manual pedestrian doors and glasS
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers a benefit but not a requirement
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle challenging situation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
