Framer/Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in masonry, metal stud framing, blueprint reading, installation, trim carpentry, heavy equipment operation, stucco, and plaster. As a carpenter here at MT, you will be responsible for various tasks related to construction and building projects.

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of framing or framing background
- Perform masonry work
- Construct framing for walls and ceilings
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Install various construction materials such as drywall, doors, windows, and flooring
- Utilize trim carpentry skills to create finished surfaces and decorative elements
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators or forklifts as needed
- Apply stucco and plaster to surfaces for finishing touches
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in masonry, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and heavy equipment operation
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Drivers license required
