As an integral part of our team, you will embody the spirit of this prestigious brand's Parfums and be at the forefront of introducing customers to our new Beauty territory.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Department Store Retail Manager, you will be the face of our Fragrance & Beauty line, catering to an international clientele. Your responsibilities include:

• Warmly greeting customers on the store floor and providing attentive service.
• Listening to customer requirements and offering expert advice on our cosmetics products.
• Inspiring customers by introducing them to the world of luxury beauty, evoking imagery through stories and anecdotes.
• Enthusiastically selling our cosmetics products and ensuring the highest quality after-sales service.
• Maintaining a tidy and clean store environment, contributing to essential sales tasks, and ensuring a unique customer experience.
• Collaborating with other ambassadors, Beauty Experts, and Head Office to share skills and expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two years of higher education in cosmetics sales.
• Minimum three years of successful experience in cosmetics sales with a reputable luxury brand or retailer.
• Keen interest and good knowledge in at least one area of the cosmetics sector (fragrance, skincare, makeup).
• We are looking for mandarin, spanish and arabic speakers.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for art and fashion, and a good awareness of color.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 per hour for all candidates, based on experience and language proficiency. Benefits include FICA, monthly parking, administration fees, insurance maintenance, retirement plan maintenance, commission administration, and medical fees.
