DPI Off-Road is hiring a full-time FP&A Senior Analyst. This is a hybrid position for either the Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ locations.
The Financial Planning and Analysis / Reporting Lead (FP&A Senior Analyst) is responsible for creating, updating, and articulating financial models (Income, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). The FP&A and Reporting Lead support our external financial consultants (15 hours/week). The FP&A Senior Analyst also creates insight for the CEO's leadership team and Board of Directors by creating the monthly Management and discussion and various performance reports. Reporting to our CFO (30+) years in professional Financial and Operations Management, including Daimler-Chrysler, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Stanley Black & Decker, and Meggitt Aerospace PLC), this high-exposure role will benefit from training that will develop career-building skills
The Ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on Excel Modeling experience, including cash flow and Covenant Compliance.
DPI Off-Road Brands is a growing, private equity-backed, international manufacturer and distributor of truck and off-road high-performance parts, with 5 locations across the United States and multiple brands. Based in Phoenix, Arizona and West Jordan, Utah, DPI Off-Road provides our customers with a full range of industry-leading suspension parts, and interior and exterior accessories for Jeeps, Trucks, and Powersports vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus is on creation and maintenance of timely and accurate models for forecast and variance analysis, including drafting articulation of results for all internal and external customers (Bankers, Board of Directors, PE partners, and DPI Senior Leadership).
- The FP&A/Reporting Lead also submits draft monthly draft Management Discussion and Analysis, the Finance Section of Board of Director presentations, and other reporting needs including reports for our banking and equity partners, to the Director of Finance
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of forecast and variance modeling
- Make process improvement recommendations that make the FP&A, and Reporting easier and more efficient
- Liaison with Operations and Functional Leaders, including Forecast assumption development and ownership and encouraging a winning team culture
- Merger and Acquisition Analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Higher degree a plus
- 5 years professional FP&A and Reporting and Accounting experience.
- Attention to detail and Big Picture horizons.
- Must have tenacity and durability for surge demands, requiring more that 9-5 and "on call" availability.
- Must be intellectually curious, self-motivated, and proactive and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
- Must be U.S. citizen or qualified to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay Range
$100,000.00 Annually to $110,000.00 Annually
