About the Role:  
We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated Finance professional to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Revenue Operations to design and implement robust analytics, intelligence, and reporting on sales and revenue performance (including Pricing analytics). This person will lead development of a comprehensive set of KPI’s aligning with the company’s Executive Leadership Team on the most important drivers of performance through unit economics and Revenue analytics (LTV:CAC, ARR churn reporting, Sales productivity, price volume analysis, etc.)  Additionally, the delivery model will include establishing both a standard reporting and self-service delivery model that leverages the use of data and information within the systems that will enable leaders to effectively make decisions and manage their scope of the business more effectively.    
  
To be successful, the role will partner with IT but still be able to operate independently by bringing a set of skills working across multiple systems and platforms to source data by using skill sets in SQL, Python, and / or familiarity with advanced Excel capabilities to source data.  The candidate will have experience working in an environment of constant change at a high pace. This position will collaborate very closely with key stakeholders at the functional leadership levels and their designated sponsors for their information and reporting priorities.  
  
The ideal candidate must be intellectually curious, detail-oriented, able to execute on multiple projects and able to identify solutions to complex problems. He or she must have a positive attitude to set the tone with cross functional teams, facilitate creative solutions that are adopted as the company standard while navigating competing objectives.  Ultimately success of this person is measured in their ability to drive to outcomes while partnering with key leaders to deliver insights to the business performance in a timely manner.  
  
Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:  
  • Oversee delivery and interpretation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue business performance in partnership with CFO and CRO.
  • Work with functional leaders to build self-sufficiency in reporting and analytics capability within their organizations, with emphasis on Sales and Revenue leaders.
  • Assist in the preparation of e-Team business updates.
  • Monitor and identify indicative trends in the business to spot areas of opportunity and determine root causes of issues to be resolved.
  • Develop and implement analytical tools, data governance, and analytic enhancements and continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders within front office Sales & Marketing and the Corporate FP&A leadership team.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:   
  • Bachelor’s Degree (required), MBA or Masters of Data Science desired
  • Has the ability to develop, not just design dashboards with tools such as, Power BI/Tableau.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives including data management and financial / operational reporting.
  • At least 7-10 years of functional experience in Corporate Finance (FP&A emphasis), Operations, Accounting, or IT
  • Working Finance, Accounting, Operations ERP knowledge with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Adaptive planning preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau, or other financial reporting and analytical solutions working with data and analytics / reporting.
  • Experience in the software and/or technology industry strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging working environment.
  • Strong analytic drive, with a focus on the details without missing the big picture
  • Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, problem solving and engagement.
  • Proven ability to connect the dots and identify pattern from data and translate into logic hypothesis and actionable insights.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills with the ability to get into the weeds.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and Business partnering skills.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance numerous diverse priorities and projects simultaneously.
