The FP&A Manager will report to the CFO and manage Orders, Operating Income and Cash generation for the FPS Onshore business. The role oversees the entire scope of the financial planning and analysis functions, helping the business to meet its objectives and to articulate the financial dynamics to the leadership team. The FP&A Manager will report to the CFO and manage Orders, Operating Income and Cash generation for the FPS Onshore business. The role oversees the entire scope of the financial planning and analysis functions, helping the business to meet its objectives and to articulate the financial dynamics to the leadership team. Includes supporting the FPS CEO and CFO on key initiatives and being involved in long-term planning, contributing to the overall business strategy.
As an FP&A Manager for FPS Onshore, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Commercial, Operations and CFO to proactively drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business.
- Setting the targets and tracking actuals for Orders, Revenues, Op Income and Cash Flow
- Leading the QMIs, the preparation of all planning sessions (AP, GSP, quarterly reviews etc.) and executive presentations to the leadership team.
- Running global monthly and quarterly closing process, submitting all financial statements and reports required for both Controllership and FP&A teams
- Overseeing 2 manufacturing sites located in the USA - define proper KPIs to measure manufacturing performance and actions
- Coordinating with the commercial team the orders plan and strategy to fulfill plant capacity and profitability - short and long-term
- Reviewing and setting Engineering targets and defining KPIs
- Ensuring the planning cycle and reporting requirement deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple functions to gather required data.
- Acting frequently as a project leader in projects involving the business and other functions. Projects have a long-term horizon (2- 3 years). Results will be visible after at least 2 years.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is an advantage
- Have 3+ years of experience in FP&A Operations or relevant field
- Be able to communicate and influence senior stakeholders
- Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
