Job Description
Responsible for acting as the key financial interface between senior management and the financial management team for corporate departments including but not limited to Technology, HR, Legal, Risk, and Accounting. Also responsible for delivering value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decision-making.
EXPECTATIONS
- Completes the budgeting/ forecasting process for the segment and partners with the management team to provide value-added insight into the business.
- Develops a monthly reporting package that includes total segment as well as department and cost center specific financial statements, actual versus budget variances, personnel trends, and vendor spend tracking.
- Creates cost-benefit analyses as needed, working cross-functionally to gather assumptions.
- Manages preparation of any additional analysis, commentary or presentation materials for financial review meetings.
- Contributes to overall enterprise FP&A department initiatives as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- MBA - Master of Business Administration

- Finance, Accounting, or a related field
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 4 years Financial Planning and Analysis experience in the Financial Services industry; Mortgage experience a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience using WorkDay Adaptive Planning or similar tool.
- Effectively and professionally communicates complex issues both verbally and in writing to senior management.
- Maintains reputation as self-motivated, results-oriented team player with superior analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated, confident and driven.
- Strong intellect and strategic thinker with solid quantitative, financial and analytical skills.
- Career-oriented with a proven track record of accomplishment, highly regarded for teamwork, flexibility, integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is ($80,000 - $110,000), inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
