- Deliver precise financial reporting punctually each month, influencing decisions at all levels.
- Collaborate with the Director of FP&A to craft compelling board-facing materials quarterly.
- Showcase monthly operational results to the leadership team, adding strategic insights.
- Drive financial modeling in support of strategic planning.
- - Partner with the accounting team to analyze operating results, ensuring financial reporting accuracy.
- Constantly enhance KPI and financial reporting processes for efficiency and relevance.
- Provide analytical support for exciting mergers & Acquisitions activities.
- Be a driving force in implementing business-enhancing automation and digitalization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in client-facing finance or professional services (investment banking, consulting, transaction services)
- Excel virtuoso with deep financial modeling expertise.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and motivate teams under tight timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective group participation and facilitation.
- Overcome obstacles, find solutions, and achieve results within tight deadlines.
- Embrace continuous process improvements, automating routine functions for efficiency.
- Strong mathematical aptitude for interpreting complex financial data and operational metrics.
