Fountain Server/Shift Leader

Must be 18+ years old to be considered for this role. We are looking for a Fountain Server who will also be a Shift Leader. Fountain Servers are responsible for serving customers, cashiering, scooping ice cream, making espresso beverages, and cleaning. Physical ability requirements: standing and walking for up to 8 hours, lifting and carrying up to 50lbs, and repetitive motion specifically wrists and arms. This position is fast paced and requires quick decision making combined with a friendly disposition.  The Shift Leaders at Elevated Ice Cream are the overseers of their shift. They serve as example leaders to the other employees. Shift Leaders are responsible for seeing that tasks are accomplished, good practices are used, and policies are followed. Sometimes they are the only adults on-site and are responsible for overseeing operations and minors.
Pay is $16.75 plus tips. The typical take home for a shift leader per hour is $20 to $25 hourly.  We use a tip pool system and pay out tips in the biweekly paychecks.
