Form of work ReachRx is transforming the way physicians access pharmaceutical information. The ReachRx platform leverages LLMs to provide an intuitive search interface for physicians to stay current on the latest treatments, make more informed clinical decisions, and ensure patients get on therapy as quickly and cheaply as possible.
We are revolutionizing the $60 billion dollar, primarily analog pharmaceutical sales model by digitizing the relationship between doctors and drug manufacturers. By simplifying access to crucial pharmaceutical information, we are not only supporting physicians but improving the lives of patients.
As the Founding Product Engineer, you will play a key role in developing our large-scale search and retrieval systems and have the opportunity to work on a product that directly impacts the lives of millions of patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale our suite of applications as the company grows
- Collaborate closely with founders to shape the product vision and roadmap
- Improve the speed and quality of our code base, eng processes, and infrastructure
- Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and data-driven insights
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability building world-class software products
- 4+ years of software development experience in product-focused full-stack engineering
- Knowledge and passion for AI applications. Ideally, you've played around with more than just GPT-4, and you like to stay at the cutting edge in the space
- Strong programming skills with versatility across the whole stack and the ability to pick up new languages quickly
- A great bonus if you have experience with any of the following: React, Typescript, Python, RESTful APIs, Postgres, AWS, NextJS, React Native, GPT-4
- A passion for building incredible products from the ground up
- A startup mindset (collaborative, move quickly, iterate)
- Degree in computer science or related discipline
- Bonus: Early engineer at a hyper-growth startup
- Bonus: Experience at world class product organizations (e.g. Notion, Figma)
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation and Benefits
ReachRx compensation consists of salary, equity and benefits.
- The expected salary range for this position is $150k-200k
- Equity - On top of this position's salary, equity will be a component of the total compensation
