Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Foundation Coordinator to join our team. As a Foundation Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative and operational functions of our foundation. This role requires strong clerical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the foundation office
- Handle all administrative tasks, including filing, typing, and data entry
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Provide exceptional customer support to donors, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in file management, typing, and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
