Eagle Bend Manufacturing is hiring and experienced Warehouse Associate to assist in Shipping & Receiving department. The right candidate for this role must be computer proficient with proven Forklift Operator experience in the last 18 months. Candidate must provide their work history for the past 5 years to be considered for this role.

Available Shift:
- 2nd Shift 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Starting Pay - $19.34 plus $1.00 shift differential.
- Overtime: Candidates must be available to work Overtime and weekends as needed. Overtime is paid 1.5 and double on Sundays. Saturday work as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Move materials for production as well as provide packaging materials
- Maintain organization and FIFO of warehouse storage area
- Load and unload tractor trailers using electric and propane-powered forklift equipment
- Prepare barcode labels and shipping paperwork including completing accurate shipper audit sheets
- On time computer entry of accurate ASN's (Advance Shipment Notices) and receipts of ASN acknowledgements
Qualification:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent Forklift
- Proficient with computer programs
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Duties:
- Operate various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks, pallet jacks, lift trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Transport materials to and from designated areas in the warehouse or distribution center
- Stack and organize products in the warehouse according to company standards
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Proficient in using different types of forklifts, including clamp trucks, pallet jacks, lift trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers
- Familiarity with order picking processes and procedures
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
