Our growing organization is looking for a certified Forklift Operator to assist with inventory replenishment, receiving, loading and general storing of materials within our busy distribution center. The successful candidate will have a positive team attitude, forklift experience, distribution or fulfillment center experience, and be proactive in their approach to support the management team in running an efficient operation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drives sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other industrial vehicles such as cherry pickers and automated pallet jacks as needed.
- Moves hazardous materials.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Perform order picking and packing duties as required.
- Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked.
- Determines when repairs need to be made on equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating equipment.
- Quality assurance (QA) duties, including reporting product damage and shortages.
- Utilizes radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory.
- Analyzes production schedules to determine the timely transportation of materials and products

- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- Prior experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Forklift or heavy machinery certification.
- Efficient individual with excellent time management skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
