Forklift Operator
Shift: 6AM – 2:30PM / Mon.- Fri.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Must be able to operate at efficient speeds to load and unload all trucks without damaging the merchandise.
- Must have necessary knowledge of pallet type and pallet stacking patterns.
- Must be able to read loading slip and follow loading directions.
- Must be able to keep palletizer machine fully stocked at all times with the correct type of pallet.
- Must be able to keep palletizer machine cleared out, keep conveyors cleared, log in production runs and keep stretch wrapper filled at all times.
- Receive raw material and express freight.
- Unload incoming truck and stage material.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as well as demonstrate exemplary care of equipment.
- Use RF system.
- Complete routine paperwork and maintain warehouse records.
- Must be able to provide and convey quality feedback to Leads, Mechanics, and Management in regard to equipment, procedural, safety and any other issues hindering production.
- Must be able to work other shifts as needed and work overtime when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for conforming to all Plant Health, Environment, Safety, and Security (HESS) policies and procedure.

What You’ll Bring
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing industry.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in forklift operation and knowledge of OSHA forklift safety rules, equipment care and refueling procedures.
- Read, write, speak, and understand verbal and written schedules, instructions, requests, etc. in English.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to push, pull and lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete routine paperwork and maintain warehouse records.
- Must be able to (1) operate a forklift, (2) be mechanically inclined, (3) willing to work overtime when required, and (4) be able to work with others in a team environment.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $16.90 - $21.90/hour.
The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
