What you’ll do:

Forensics Ops Analyst internship duties may include:

  • The intern will learn about the fundamentals of the Retirement Services Industry. They will be in a rotation among the RS Operations teams and will process basic contributions and distribution tasks.  The intern will learn how to identify root causes for issue resolution tasks, and process correction requests.  They will also be involved in a project designed to identify and evaluate Not in good order tasks.  They will also provide error escape reporting that stops errors from reaching our participants.

Additional Details:

  • 11-week paid Summer Internship (May – August)
  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • All work is expected to be hybrid, mandatory 2 days in office.
  • Housing or stipends are available for eligible candidates.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited institution towards a 4-year undergraduate degree
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Completed at least 2 years towards a bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred areas of study include Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, or another related subject.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Preferred Software: Excel, Microsoft office

 

This selected candidate will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
