SalaryLooking for a Medical Assistant for a busy multi-physician Pain Management Practice. Ideal position for a Foreign Medical Student (Spanish speaking).
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Prepares the examination room.
- Escorts patient into the room.
- Cleans examination room when exam is complete.
- Maintains efficient patient flow.
- Ensures proper preparation for patient visit. Prepares pertinent information needed for patient visit.
- Answers and addresses all messages left on the MA line.
- Consistently and accurately stocks examination rooms with all necessary supplies.
- Needs to check NJ PMP and send medication under physician orders.
- Needs to properly complete patient EMR notes within 24 hrs.

Experience:
- Must have at least 1 year of medical experience.
- Must speak Spanish.
- Foreign Medical Student preferred.
- Must have computer skills with knowledge of EMR.
- Must be able to travel to multiple office locations.
