Form of workOgden Clinic, a physician owned multi-specialty clinic in Northern Utah (located 30 miles north of downtown Salt Lake City) , is recruiting for a full-time BC/BE orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon. The position is an addition to our well-established orthopedic group that consists of four general Orthopedic Surgeons, an upper extremity specialist, a non-surgical sports medicine physician, and four advanced practice providers. Ogden Clinic provides an excellent referral source with nearly 200 providers in the practice, along with a strong community demand to support an active outdoor lifestyle the locals enjoy.
An ideal candidate must complete an orthopedic surgery residency and an orthopedic foot and ankle fellowship. Successful candidates must be innovative in their practice approach and comfortable working collaboratively with physicians and advanced practice providers. The call schedule will vary depending on candidate’s training and experience and will cover two Level II Trauma Centers within a four-mile radius.
Compensation is production-based with a practice ownership opportunity. Ogden Clinic was created and has been owned and governed by physicians actively practicing at the clinic for over 70 years. Unlike employed physician positions, our physicians have autonomy in their practice, including setting their own schedules, establishing their own approach to medicine, and their income.
