SalaryPositive, energetic, dependable person with a flexible schedule needed to run seasonal concession stand at busy horseback riding establishment. Experience in food service is required; ServSafe Certification is a plus. Food is served from a stationary Food Truck on site, where there are multiple seating areas for customers to dine in a fun, clean and friendly environment. Hourly compensation plus tips. Food served Saturdays and Sundays, June through August, with the possibility of continuing into September if it’s going well, plus frequent Friday afternoons and evenings for summer kids riding programs and group outings, as well as one weekend in May for a three-day riding clinic. Lots of scheduling flexibility is essential particularly with schedule changes due to weather cancellations.
