SalaryThis is a support role for operations of the Louisville Food Truck. It is accomplished out of the Louisville Catering and Delivery location at 7405 New La Grange Rd. This is a third shift position, running from as early as 8:00 pm until approximately 2 am.
The ideal candidate will be a process oriented, independent worker who can work a consistent overnight position to ensure the Louisville Food Truck is recovered from a day's business and ready to go the following business day. The role will include cleaning the truck, dishes associated with it, stocking the truck for the next business day, as well as support roles for the catering location. They should have an eye for food safety and physical safety.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Physical:
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work for up to 4 hours without a break.
Comfortable operating an industrial dishwasher
Understanding of Food Safety and avoiding cross contamination is a plus
Duties Include:
- Cleaning of the Truck internals and all dishes associated with it.
- Unloading all small wares and coolers, cleaning them, restocking and reloading
- Preparing Truck Support vehicle for following day by loading needed items
- Loading product onto truck for next business day
- Basic food preparation of limited items
- Weekly detail cleaning of internal and external areas of truck
- Cleaning facility, including parking lot, after above is complete
