Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our Food Truck menu.

2.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Food Truck kitchen space.

3.Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

4.Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold high standards.

5.Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

6.Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role, preferably in a Food Truck setting.

2.Culinary school education or relevant culinary certifications are a plus.

3.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.

4.Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

5.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
