Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and create new dishes
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with catering events and special dietary requests
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service setting
- Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques
- Proficient in the use of kitchen equipment, including knives and other tools
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
