We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food Service establishment. From cash handling to food preparation, your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to a positive dining experience for our patrons.
Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, including cutting, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of our products
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
