Food Service Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food Service department. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas
- Assist with food inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock
- Set up and break down banquet or catering events as needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the Food Service department
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or related field preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
