• Develop menus tailored to the dietary needs of our primarily elderly population.
• Plan and execute meals and desserts with a focus on diabetic-friendly options.
• Oversee meal preparation and service to ensure high-quality and nutritious offerings.
• Manage meal cleanup and maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
• Perform all other serving and kitchen tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with diabetic-friendly cooking.
• ServSafe/Food Service Certification required.
