What you will need:
- High School or GED
- A minimum of two years of previous Food Service experience in a healthcare environment
- State of Illinois ANSI Accredited Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of start date of position for employees working on their Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate
- State of Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate required within three (3) months of hire
