SalaryPrimary Objective of AM / PM Server Position
To maximize customer satisfaction by providing quality food and beverage service. We require a minimum of one year of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality food and beverage service to customers
- Approaches customers promptly suggesting a cocktail/wine or non-alcoholic beverages and recommending promotional items
- Uses approved suggestive selling techniques to upsell to premium products
- Maintains knowledge of wine selections to respond properly to customer questions
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes
- Understands and follows all state laws and guidelines for beverage service
- Maintains proper restaurant cleanliness
- Demonstrates the ability to resolve simple customer complaints
