Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Serve food to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders and process payments using the POS system
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Help maintain inventory levels and notify management of any shortages
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Culinary training or certification is a plus, but not mandatory
