Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This is a key role in our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Oversee the quality inspection process to ensure that all products meet specifications
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality systems
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance professionals
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on quality-related matters
- Develop and deliver training programs on Quality Assurance principles and practices
- Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives
Experience:
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and other relevant industry standards
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
- Proficient in analyzing quality data and using statistical tools for process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective quality systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
