Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders with an understanding of the expediting process from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and communicate any special requests or modifications from guests
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guests have everything they need during their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen/expo area
- Assist with banquet and event setup as needed
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to lift and carry a tray up to 25lbs safely.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in delivering food orders
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with others
Note: Prior experience in the hospitality or culinary industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
