Support Staff - Food Runner / Busser / Bar-Back

Main Responsibilities of a Support Staff:

• Keep buildings in a clean condition
• Bus tables and bring dishware to dishwasher
• Refil waters for guests, reset tables
• Provide assistance to service staff
• Run food out to tables with excellent customer service
• Engage in repair activities when needed

Support Staff Description:

We are looking for experienced staff fill a vital spot in our team. We are hoping to find a reliable and skilled person who understands the importance that the role Support Staff plays in an our organization.

The person we would like to give this opportunity to should have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and poses both a proactive and reactive mindset. We like to keep our environment tidy and very well-organized, we expect from our future Support Staff to take complete responsibility for helping us achieve this.

Responsibilities of a Support Staff:

• Provide assistance to service staff
• Run food out timely, with excellent customer service
• Refill waters, reset tables, bus tables
• Cleaning tables and floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
• Gathering and emptying indoor trash
• Clean, service and resupply restrooms
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture

Support Staff Job Requirements:

• Must be able to respond and act quickly
• Must have strong communication and multitasking skills
• Must like Will Ferrell movies
