Food Runner

We are seeking a Food Runner to join Dōgon. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service by carrying and delivering food and beverage items to guest tables within a F&B outlet.

• Delivering Food and Beverage items that have been ordered by guests to restaurant in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of all items on F&B menus.
• Communicate effectively with guests and service professionals
• Garnishes and decorates dishes prior to serving.
• Prep any items assigned by Restaurant Managers or Restaurant Executive Chef
• Other duties may be assigned as business demands.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience in food and beverage
• Must have a strong knowledge of food service and applicable health standard requirements as designated by local, state and federal mandate(s).
