- Expedited Service: Assist servers and kitchen staff by delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining area promptly and accurately.
- Presentation: Ensure that each dish is presented beautifully and matches the high-quality standards of our establishment.
- Table Coordination: Work closely with servers to match dishes to the correct tables and guests, ensuring smooth service.
- Clear Communication: Maintain effective communication with the kitchen and servers to coordinate food delivery and special requests.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests as you deliver their food, answering basic questions and ensuring their needs are met.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect dishes for accuracy, completeness, and presentation, alerting the kitchen or servers to any discrepancies.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the food running station clean and organized, including setting up and restocking necessary supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient dining experience.
