【Job Title】Quality Control Specialist/Technician
【Salary】Technician: $19/hr Specialist: $23-25/hr DOE
Responsibility:
- Testing of incoming raw materials, work-in process and finished products.
- Following strict regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Serving as an active member of Food Safety Management Team.
- Documenting and reviewing documentation.
- Performing verification and validation of production processes and equipment.
- Leading role in conducting meetings, internal audit, and recordkeeping as necessary.
- Assisting in all third-party auditing, including GFSI, Regulatory and Customer visits.
- Performing other functions as trained and requested by QC manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- B.Sc. Degree in Food Science or Sc related.
- Required min of 3 years working food manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of how and ability to write, review, and revise SOPs required.
- Ability to lift-up to 40 lbs.
Working hour:
- 2:00 PM-11:00 PM (1hour meal break)
- During probation(3 months), working shift is 8 am to 5 pm for training.
- OT Required
