Food Production Worker

Action Labs Inc is a FDA registered, full-service global supplier of human supplements and nutritional products with its manufacturing facilities in Pomona, California. As a veteran in human supplements industry with its Sentinelvitamins brand established since 1987, we are seeking a dedicated and professional production operation coordinator and operator who brings a high level of responsibility and commitement for a long-term career making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging and filling machinery of several types at varying stages of the production line, performing actions quickly and safely at all times;
• Sort and weigh products after packaging to ensure requirements are met and no mistakes have been made;
• Apply labels and transfer products to the final shipping area, keeping them organized to aid in shipping crew’s job;
• Perform basic daily maintenance on the filling machine to ensure it is completely functional and safe to operate;
• Report malfunctions or errors to supervising staff immediately and relay important information about the issue;
• Coordinate with the management for campaign planning and implementation, which is reflected in a completed log book and batch record.

Job Skills & QualificationsReqiured:

• Detail-Oriented, High school diploma or equivalent GED completion;
• Mechanic and machinery savvy, able to do trouble-shooting of the filling line.
• Proficient with office computer.

Preferred:

• One year of manufacturing, machine operation or warehouse experience
• Associate’s degree in engineering or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25-30.00 per hour
