FINAFLEX is looking for a Head Blender in the Production Department who will be responsible for weighing out raw materials for production batches, blending production batches, cleaning up after the job is complete, and inventorying the raw materials used in production. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, as well as simple analytical skills. The Head Blender will report directly to the VP of Manufacturing. The successful applicant will be a hard-worker, a great communicator, an incredible organizer, and a hard worker who understands what it means to be a part of a team.

S.E.C. SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY weigh and blend production batches while embodying CLEANLINESS. At Redefine Nutrition we manufacture dietary and nutritional supplements. The Head Blender will be responsible for operating different syles of blending equipment including but not limited to: ribbon blender, V blender, grinder, sifter, etc.
Responsibilities:
Weigh/Blend/Clean/Inventory/Repeat while following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices.
Clean daily.
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
Working hours: 630 AM - 430 PM
Requirements:
Able to take direction
Able to lift 60 pounds
NO ISSUES STANDING for 8 HOUR SHIFT.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities Include:
Feed raw materials into production machinery
Accurately Weigh Raw Materials per Batch Production Record
Clean blend room and weigh room adhering to SOPs for Cleaning as established by Quality Department
Inventory, store, and organize raw materials properly in our warehouse
Maintain work areas and equipment
Candidate must have:
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable mode of transportation
