Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for it's operations at Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home in Gloversville, NY The Food Production Managerprovides leadership and direction for the 160 bed facility. The Food Production Manager will oversee the kitchen operations and manage a staff of approximately 15-20 hourly employees.
The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;
• Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;
• control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
• successfully complete inventory, ordering, and purchasing;
• ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
