• Hours: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Record all raw materials and machine operation functions and readings used in the batch record.
• Record finished goods, and all recycled stream materials in the batch record.
• Record all information for label identification and inventory tag identification as it applies to the production functions
• Identify all machine operation functions and show the ability to adjust function settings to manufacture a product that meets customer specifications.
• Assist when machine functions are not operating correctly.
• Knowledge of and the ability to assemble and disassemble processing machine parts. Ability to effectively clean all processing machines and support equipment.
• Obtain knowledge to effectively adjust machine function settings to optimize production amounts.
• Operation of product testing equipment to ensure the product is manufactured to customer specifications.
• Read and identify specific product labels, raw material requirements, and formulas.
• Operate scales to accurately formulate products for processing.

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Skills:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.
• Previous Forklift experience preferred. Need to pass the exam before operating forklift.
• Basic Computer skills preferred.
• Previous experience in food production preferred

1-4 years
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds (with assistance).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Basic Math skills.
