Food Processing Mixer

• Must utilize the manufacturing instructions on the recipes to ensure that all ingredients are added in the proper proportions and in the correct order 
• Must adhere to approved recipes in the formulation of finished products 
• Must ensure that all containers containing ingredients are completely covered and properly labeled with product ID and date 
• Accurately weigh the finished product as it is loaded into containers 
• Ensure that each container is identified properly using the proper lids/labeling/dating 
• All work areas must be clean and safe from a food safety and food security vantage point 
• Follow proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules on a continuous basis while handling finished product 
• Be aware of allergens in products and follow allergen control procedures to avoid cross-contamination of allergens.

• High School Degree or Equivalent 
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in food production 
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time 
• Must be able to lift 40 to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a cold environment ( 34 degrees)
