Job Description
Must have a love for Japanese food and working experience of sales in food industry to be considered.
The role achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
• Utilize a relationship-based approach to promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and potential
customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in selecting products and services that best
meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships in the assigned territory/market
segment to generate new business.
• Research potential customers and gather information to assess their potential as clients.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints, coordinating efforts with various
internal teams.
• Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and assess the value of existing and prospective customers
value to the organization.
• Develop and manage a customer value plan highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
• Plans and execute sales strategies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to achieve team and
individual performance goals.
• Stay informed about product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, and
promotional trends.
• Organize and execute weekend in-store demonstrations to enhance product visibility and drive sales
• Educate customers and store staff on product features, uses, and benefits, and if needed, demonstrate
cooking to teach how to cook with the product.
• Process customer orders accurately, ensuing timely delivery and effective inventory.
