We are looking for an experienced mechanic with management skills, to supervise and maintain our Production Lines. Established in 1980, we are a family-run manufacturer of specialty oils, vinegars, flavors, and extracts, located in the Boston area. We are dedicated to producing the finest quality possible, in a team-oriented environment and respecting each person’s contribution.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain machinery on Production Lines, according to specifications
- Monitor and supervise the production team during various stages of the manufacturing process
- Maintain quality of products
- Troubleshoot equipment, by making basic repairs and adjustments.
- Regularly inspect, clean, and perform maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working order
- Follow health and safety rules, by working with the quality assurance manager
- Work with the operations manager to prioritize and fulfill orders
