Food Service
POSITION:
Food Handler 6 Hours
- Position High School

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Able to follow directions well
- Able to follow FIFO method
- Basic Computer Skills
- Good Mathematical Skills
- Capable of organizing large food orders
- Able to work effectively in large group situations
- Able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- Excellent attendance and punctuality preferred
- Other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Food Service Director
DUTIES:
- Pan entrees
- Prepare different sandwiches and work with a variety of meats and cheeses
- Prepare different types of salads
- Prepare cold bars for lunch lines
- Pack food according to production records
- Adhere to FIFO and health department rules and regulations
- Be familiar with kitchen equipment
- Be productive in food preparation
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with fellow employees, building staff and students
- Other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager and Food Service Director

- 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 a.m. Monday - Friday
