Food & Beverage Services Attendant - Part Time - Port St. Lucie, FL
We are currently hiring for Food & Beverage Services Attendant who will be responsible for attending to various Food & Beverage Services throughout multiple outlets and venues at the club.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist the Ala Carte Service staff throughout the dining experience. Provide quality customer service and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience and ensure that guests are never left unattended. Assist Servers in areas such as: running food, pre-bussing, water service, table maintenance, coffee service.
Reset and restock tables and service areas according to standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Prepare food, serve beverages, ringing in items through the POS and properly securing payment while working turn station
Assist with banquet preparations plating, running food, table maintenance, setup and breakdown.
Attend pre-shift meetings and be responsible for all pertinent daily information.
Follow a checklist as a guideline to completing daily tasks.
Be knowledgeable of all menus and specials, as well as seating charts and venues.
Ensure all new guests receive immediate attention. Present menu and notify server following seating. Monitor table availability. Assist with dining reservations, maintain waiting list.
Keep side stations filled and ensure all small wares and condiments are restocked and silverware is polished and rolled.
