The Grand Hyatt at SFO has diverse food and beverage offerings that are supported by the Food & Beverage Attendant. In Room Dining allows our guests to enjoy exceptional food in the comfort of their guestroom. The Grand Club lounge offers an exclusive space for World of Hyatt VIP guests to enjoy light refreshments in a comfortable setting. Quail + Crane provides a dining experience like no other with panoramic views of the airport runways.
This role provides the opportunity for a variety of interactions in all areas mentioned above. Responsibilities for in room dining include delivering and presenting food and beverage items to guests in their rooms. In the Grand Club lounge, the attendant is responsible for the set-up and maintenance of food offerings and assisting VIP guests. In Quail + Crane, the hotel's fine dining restaurant, the Food and Beverage Attendant will assist the food server with running food, keeping tables neat and fulfilling guest requests.
Positive guest and colleague interaction is crucial in offering an exceptional experience.
In all areas, following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation guidelines is necessary.
Ability to work a flexible schedule is a plus.
