Job description

Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for full-time Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our team at Boston Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts. When guests are provided with excellent service, this is where we have achieved our greatest goal. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Serving fliers since 2018, Delaware North operates food, beverage, and retail services at Boston’s Logan International Airport. Restaurants such as the Boston Bruins Bar, Pei Wei, B. Good Burger, Monica’s Mercato, Alta Strada, Mija Cantina, and Wolfgang Puck Pizza bring the passion and distinctive flavors of the city to the airport. The Airport is one of the busiest airports in the United States and the primary hub for the New England region. Delaware North team members receive paid shift meals, and paid parking or transit. 


  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
  • Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks
  • Assist managers in team member training and compliance
  • Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
  • Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area

  • Experience working in a restaurant; beneficial to have two years’ supervisory experience
  • Self-motivated, superior organization and guest service abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills
  • No college degree required

  • Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs
  • Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
