We are looking for vibrant customer-focused Food & Beverage professional to join our team. The F & B Supervisor will work closely with the F & B Manager to achieve high score of Food and service quality. Successful individuals must be available to work flexible schedules and have proven track records as effective trainers, coaches and motivators.
Primary Responsibilities
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, direct and motivate associates
- Direct and participate in the daily functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service & marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Complete knowledge of hotel’s Food and Beverage program including standards, preparation, menu, and pricing
- Assist in the development, motivation and retention of personnel
- Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of the Food and Beverage operations
- Able to interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner
- Process various types of payment and familiar with cash and credit card handling procedures
- Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience and resolve any guest service issues
- Conduct and execute any additional duties assigned by Management
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food and Beverage experience required, preferably in Full-Service Hospitality environment
- Possess basic math skills and cash-handling
- Licenses, certifications - applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
