Overall responsibility of the resort's Food and Beverage operation to include Kani Ka Pila Grille Restaurant, banquet operation and Voyager 47 VIP Club Lounge. Oversee the hiring, training and supervision of all Food & Beverage Services hosts. Ensuring that the department meets the financial budgeted goals (beverage cost, labor cost and profitability) and established desired guest satisfaction scores as well as compliance with local liquor law, health department codes, labor law as well as company standards. This position is also responsible for managing inventory and ordering for all items needed to operate the Food and Beverage operation. Collaborate with the key resort personnel including Executive Chef, Area Catering/Convention Services Manager and Area Director of Cultural Experiences.
Minimum Requirements
5 years in the Food and Beverage industry; minimum of 3 years of manager experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, tourism & hospitality or equivalent is preferred. Working knowledge with Microsoft applications.

Compensation& Benefits:
$73,000-80,300, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
