This team member will assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in maintaining administrative matters, ordering, and more.
- Assist in order purchasing for food supplies as requested.
- Responsible for all collateral Food and Beverage day-to-day running and administration matters.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
- Maintain up-to-date BEO menu books.
- Coordinate Food and Beverage meetings and produce minutes.
- Produce and consolidate weekly management schedules for all F&B departments.
- Maintain stationary supplies & proper filing systems.
- Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service, prior admin experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Delphi or similar programs.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Clear, positive, energetic communication skills.
- Able to deliver and communicate to diverse crowd of associates.
- Excellent communication and literature skills.
- Food & beverage or culinary experience preferred.
